How to Reset Your Mailbox Password

1. Go to webmail e.g. https://webmail.yourdomain.com.
2. Click the Forgot your Password? link.
3. Enter the email address (1) of your mailbox. e.g. your work email, not the recovery email address.



4. Type the captcha text (2) in the text box (3).
5. Click on OK (4).
6. An email will be sent to the recovery email address for your mailbox. Follow the instructions found in the email to reset your password.

Note:

• You can’t reset the password for your mailbox if it doesn’t have a recovery email address associated with it.
• If you have forgotten your password and do not have a recovery email address associated with your mailbox, contact your email administrator.
