How to Enable DKIM

  1. Log in to webmail i.e., https://webmail.yourdomain.com with an administrator account.
  2. On the top menu bar, click More to expand the drop-down menu, then click Domain Settings.
  3. In the left-hand side menu click on General.
  4. Locate the Email Signing card then click on Enable.
  5. Copy the Text Record Name and Text Record Value. Use these values to complete setting up your DKIM record.
  6. Once you’ve added the record to your DNS zone, allow 30 minutes for the DKIM record to take effect.
  7. Go back to the Email Signing card and click Enable. If configured correctly you will see the following:
  8. Click on Save.

NOTE: As this is a change to DNS, it may take a few hours for the record to propagate. Generally, propagation is pretty fast, but could take up to 48 hours. If step 7 initially failed, retry the validation later.
