How to Migrate Your Emails from Your Old Provider

1. Log in to webmail i.e.  https://webmail.yourdomain.com.
2. On the top menu bar, click Settings (gear icon).
3. On the left menu bar, click Connectivity
4. Then click Migrate in the Mailbox Migration card
5. Select Other
   
   
6. Then fill in the following:
   Server Address: i.e. mail.yourdomain.com
   Type: IMAP
   Port: 143
   Email Address: your email address at your old email provider
   Password: the password to access your email account at your old email provider
7. Then click Start.

Your emails will now begin importing from your old provider. Please note it may take sometime to import your emails due to the size of your data and internet connection. The mail migration progress occurs in the background so you can continue using your email to send and receive emails.
